Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging

    Please note:
    We do not offer free returns unless there has been an error on our part or your item arrived damaged. If you encounter any issues, please contact us as soon as your order arrives.

    Important: The original delivery fee is refundable only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

    Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:

    • Gift Cards

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.
    The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement.


    Refunds

    We aim to process all approved returns within 2–5 days of receipt.
    Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
