Next-Day Delivery (DPD)We offer a next-day delivery service so the item would reach you on the next working day.

The order has to be placed before 4 PM to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed the next working day, which would be the following Monday. *Excluding bank holidays

Domestic Express 12:00 PM (DHL)The rate is live and calculated at the checkout based on the location and weight.

Saturday Delivery (DPD)We also offer Saturday delivery with DPD for an additional cost. *Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed the next working day, which would be the following Monday.

International DeliveryFrance, Germany, Italy and Spain – Free delivery for orders above 150€.

For all other International orders, the shipping fee will vary based on location & weight, and it is calculated live on the checkout.



EU Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price when checking out.
USA Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of check out
Rest of the World - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be before buying.
Some countries customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country, such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers minimise the risk of paying taxes, marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyers without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.

If the parcel has not been delivered within 14 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us asap so that we can react in time with the carrier.

NOTE: If for some reason, we don't have an item that, when ordered, was in stock, we will let you know within two days. We give you an expected arrival time of a possible restock and the option of choosing another product. And, of course, you always have the opportunity to cancel and refund your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we do not offer free returns unless there has been an error on our end or a product was damaged upon arrival. Please inform us of any issues as soon as you have received your order. 

** Please note that the original shipping fee paid for delivery is only refundable if the item you have received is damaged.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the return has been received back at our address. 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We aim to process all returns within 48-72 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
