Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday are processed the next working day (Monday, excluding bank holidays).

• DPD Saturday delivery is available for orders placed by Friday, 3:30 PM.
• DPD Sunday delivery is available for orders placed by Saturday 12:00 PM.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. 

• EU: €20 flat rate.
• USA: Worldwide shipping for just $9.99.
• Other Countries: £23.99.

If an international order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Duty and import fees are charged at the checkout.

Refund Policy

Please note:

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Any protection fee added to your order is also non-refundable.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging

We do not offer free returns unless there has been an error on our part or your item arrived damaged. If you encounter any issues, please contact us as soon as your order arrives.

Important: The original delivery fee is refundable only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We aim to process all approved returns within 2–5 days of receipt.
Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
