If an international order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Duty and import fees are charged at the checkout.

• Any protection fee added to your order is also non-refundable.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We aim to process all approved returns within 2–5 days of receipt.
Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
